# FAQ

**Does passing SolRadar's filters mean a token is safe?** No. It means the token passed a specific, disclosed set of automated checks. It does not mean the token cannot be rugged, dumped, or lose most of its value. See the [Risk Disclaimer](#page-7-risk-disclaimer).

**Why do some tokens get called and then never update again?** Milestone tracking depends on the token continuing to have valid, live market data. A token can stop updating if its liquidity collapses to a point where price data is no longer reliable — this itself is often a sign something went wrong with the token, not with the tracking.

**How is the win rate calculated?** Every token alerted on a given day is counted. If it reaches 1.5x or higher (measured from its all-time-high, at any point after being called), it counts as a win for that day. The win rate is wins divided by total alerts for that day — the same formula, every day, published automatically.

**Can I get my token promoted?** Yes — promoted placements go through the same safety filtering as organic alerts. Payment does not bypass any check.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://solradar.gitbook.io/docs/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
